Compressed air requirements for nitrogen generator

Compressed air requirements for nitrogen generator

We all know that the PSA nitrogen generator needs dry clean compressed air, but what exactly the standards? Based on our experience, we list the following regular standards for this:

  1. Pressure: 0.75Mpa ~ 1.0Mpa(High pressure will damage CMS life)
  2. Temperature:Max 65℃
  3. Oil content:Max 0.001ppm
  4. Impurities:Max 0.01um
  5. Dew point:Min -20℃ (Under normal pressure)
  6. Flow rate:Depends on the nitrogen flow rate and purity

But just to remember, the oil content and dew point will be different based on different industries. For example, pharmaceutical and food industries will require oil free. So it’s best to consult an expert for further details.
